I understand that finding the time to get to the gym and
exercise can be difficult to fit into our busy lives.
Many people neglect their health because they don't think they have the
time to fit an exercise regimen into their busy schedule.
Can you spare 30 minutes to improve the way you feel, look and your
overall health?
On a very limited basis I am offering my professional personal training
services for my turbo charged 30 minute Metabolic Circuit training
session.
WHAT IS THIS 30 MINUTE METABOLIC CIRCUIT SESSION AND IS THAT ENOUGH
TIME TO MAKE A DIFFERENCE?
In a single word; YES!! 30 minutes is plenty of time to burn off hundreds
of calories, reduce stress, strengthen your muscles and burn fat. My high
intensity Metabolic Circuit training is a full body, high energy,
blood pumping, heart rate increasing exercise plan that will leave you
screaming in pain but asking for more. It is like nothing else you have
done before. If you can do a jumping jack and a simple knee push-up you
have what it takes to survive this 30 minute session and be on your way to
being the leanest, strongest and most fit you can be.
I HEARD YOU HAVE TO WORKOUT FOR AN HOUR OR MORE TO SEE RESULTS, WHY DO
YOU SAY IT ONLY TAKES 30 MINUTES?
The truth is, if you go to any gym in town and using a stop watch, track
the actual time people are exercising from the time they pick up a weight
or start an exercise until they finish a set, cut out all the wasted time
"resting" between sets; an average 1 Hour Session will be
drastically reduced to about 18 minutes of actual work. So my 30 minute,
heart pounding training session will actually produce more work being done
by the end of your 30 minute session than those doing a 1+ hour of normal
exercise routine.
I WANT TO BUILD MUSCLE AND LOSE FAT, IS THIS POSSIBLE ON THIS METABOLIC
CIRCUIT YOU OFFER?
YES, YES and YES!!. To build muscle you must do Resistance Training
(Resistance training is a form of strength training in which each effort
is performed against a specific opposing force generated by resistance
(i.e. resistance is being pushed, squeezed, stretched or bent). To Burn
Fat you must burn calories at a higher rate than you take in. (i.e. you
need to eat fewer calories than you burn, this cannot be done by just
cutting calories.).
I AM A GIRL AND I DON'T WANT TO GET BULKY.
I hear this same question almost every day. Adding "bulk" muscle
is extremely difficult unless your genetic makeup is geared this way. It
takes extreme hard work to build big muscles and it also takes
Testosterone which is a natural hormone in both men and women but men have
25X the amount so they are able to add muscle mass a little easier than
women. If big bulky muscles were easy to add to our bodies, every man in
America would be a body builder. It takes a special mindset, extreme hard
work, perfect diet and supplementation to do what most people think of
when it comes to weightlifting exercises.
DO I HAVE TO JOIN THE GYM TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THIS
PROGRAM?
You do have to be a member of one of the fitness centers I train at or you
can purchase a day pass for $10/each session. A gym membership costs about
$1/day and will be to your benefit because you will need a place to get
your cardio training in as well as a place to continue on your own once
you decide you no longer need my services. The fitness centers I offer
personal training at you can get so much for around $1/day. This includes
24/7 access to all the cardio and weight equipment and free tanning if you
choose.
I HAVE NOT EXERCISED IN YEARS WILL I BE ABLE TO DO THIS?
I believe that anyone that puts their mind to it can do this type of
workout and more. As with all my clients I do a full health evaluation
before our first workout and for the first few sessions we will be working
more on exercise form & weight control. As you become more confident
your exercise regimen will become harder and more intense. Intensity is
the key to being successful in any exercise program not the time you spend
doing it. In my professional opinion, whether you are 18 or 80 your
workout will be the same except for the intensity of the actual exercises.
IF I TRAIN 2-3 DAYS PER WEEK WILL I NEED TO DO ANY OTHER EXERCISE?
You will not need to do any other resistance training at all but to help
burn off more calories and speed up your weight loss goal you are going to
want to include cardiovascular training (i.e. walking, jogging, cycling
etc..) as many days as you can fit into your schedule. The more you do the
faster/better your results.
WHAT DOES IT COST FOR PERSONAL TRAINING WITH YOU?
My personal training rates is $35-45 per 60 minute session.
Since this program is a 30 Minute session the cost is about half of
my standard rates.

CAN I TRAIN WITH A FRIEND AND DO WE SAVE MONEY?
I will only train 2 people at once to make
sure you both get the very most from your program. Bring a friend, your
spouse or even your kid (over 16 please) and have twice the fun and
motivate each other. Although it seems that a discount should be given in
this situation it is actually more work for me as a trainer to train two
people at one time. No two people have the exact same abilities or will be
able to do all the exact same exercises and since I provide dietary
recommendations to each person and fitness assessments to each person I do
not offer a discount.
